Teaching Experience
Dr. Bauer is an Advanced Trauma Life Support Instructor.

Special Interests
Dr. Bauer has a special interest in all areas of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery.  His interests include general surgery, trauma care, general thoracic surgery, and cancer related surgeries and biopsies to include esophagus, stomach, colon, breast, skin, lung, thyroid, parathyroid, and liver cancer including liver ablation.

Family
Dr. Bauer and his wife Elizabeth have 2 children.  He enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, golf, basketball, college football, and spending time with his family.
