Credentials
Scott L. Baker, MD, FACS is Board Certified in General Surgery and Board Eligible in Colorectal Surgery.  He is an active member of the American College of Surgeons, the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons and the American Society of Colorectal Surgeons.

Education
Dr. Baker received his medical degree from the University of South Dakota after graduating from Saint Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biomedical Science.  He completed a residency in General Surgery at the Guthrie Clinic/Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania.  In addition, he completed a fellowship in Colorectal Surgery at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
