Payment Information

Payment is required at the time of service for office visits

We accept payment by cash, check, credit/debit card, or flexible spending/health savings account card. If a procedure is scheduled, one of our business office staff will be available to assist you in making financial arrangements.

We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. If you would like to pay your balance with your credit card, make payment arrangements, set up a payment plan, or have any other questions regarding our fees, please contact our Business Office at (605) 275-5505.
